Collaborating with Llanes Surf & Aventura surf School, our hostel offers the possibility to enjoy surf lessons for every kind of people, from those who want to start in this amazing world to people who tries to improve their technique with Asturias professional surfers.
Surf is a sport that can be done by every kind of people, no matter how old or young they are, and allows to enjoy the amazing feeling of ride the sea, one of the biggest nature forces that are around us. That feeling, that challenge, makes that those who decide to start surfing find the eternal warm of a nature and sea hug…
Course:
- Duration: 2, 6 or 12 hours
- Inscription: Includes surfboard and neoprene loan, and accidents insurance.
- Place: San Martín beach. If the sea conditions don’t allow it, the monitor will choose between Palombina, Barro, Ballota or San Antolin beaches.
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 to 14:00
- Targets:
- Presentation and work with usual surfing utilities.
- Explanation about how to know sea tides, waves and obstacles areas in the east of Asturias.
- Control and balance on the board, in the beach and in the sea
- Skills to row correctly to the waves
- Waves overcome with the board sinking technique
- Lying slide over the waves
- Cost: First day, 25 €; next days, 20 €
Warning:
Due to security reasons, the courses are avalaible if the sea and the weather are optimum, so the monitor can choose the beach knowing the weather and sea forecast. If the course must be cancelled due to this reasons, other schedule another day will be proposed, and if someone can´t assist in that new schedule, Llanes Surf & Aventura surf School will give back the money if someone asks for it.
